Payirchi is a Learning Management System provided for educational purposes. You may use the platform to create, manage, and participate in courses, assessments, and live sessions as authorized by your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. Notify your organization administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to access other users' data, interfering with platform operations, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Course content, assessments, and materials uploaded by trainers and administrators remain the property of the respective organization. Student submissions and notes are owned by the student but may be accessed by authorized trainers and administrators within the organization.
Payirchi integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Drive), OpenAI, and Cloudinary. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.
Organization administrators may deactivate user accounts at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
